My email address

The way to reach me is by email at [email protected]. It is the only address for the site, and I read every message myself. There is no contact form, no live chat and no phone number.

Just copy the address into your mail app. A clear subject line helps, for example "Aviator correction" or "Penalty Duel question", so I can find your message quickly.

What I can help with

Most of my replies are about corrections and questions on the games. A wrong figure, a rule explained badly or a broken link: tell me about it, because that is the most useful message you can send.

• A mistake on a page: name the page and the sentence. I check the studio's site or the in-game rules before I change anything.
• A question about a game: how a round works, what the demo is for, what a term means. I answer with what I know, and I say so when I do not know.
• A topic idea: a game you would like explained, or a point that is still unclear. I cannot promise a page for every request, but I read them all.
• A scam you came across: a fake predictor, a group selling signals, a copycat site pretending to be an operator. I will not share the link, but it helps me keep my warnings current.

What I cannot do for you

PenaltyDuel is not an operator. I take no bets, I have no access to any player account and I see no transactions. That means I cannot fix anything on your account for you.

For anything about your account, a deposit, a withdrawal or identity checks, contact the support team of the operator where you play. Keep your mobile money transaction reference and a few screenshots ready, since that is the first thing they will ask for.

• I do not hand out a "system" or strategy that guarantees a win, because none exists.
• I sell nothing, and I never ask for money, passwords or codes sent to you by SMS.
• I turn down partnership requests from predictors, bots and signals groups.

If someone messages you claiming to be Ibrahim from PenaltyDuel and asks for money, it is not me. I never write first; I only reply to messages I receive.

How long a reply takes

I usually reply within a few days. I run the site alone, so some messages wait a little longer when the inbox is busy. Corrections go to the front of the queue, since a mistake on a page can mislead other readers.
